Job Summary

As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat, phone, and email support. You'll have the opportunity to create raving fans for our brand every day, while working in a flexible, full-time schedule during our customer service hours of 8 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, phone, and email in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide product information, recommendations, and solutions to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM software

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with live chat software and CRM systems

  • Knowledge of the lighting industry and products
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

  • Proficiency in CRM software and live chat platforms

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

* Competitive hourly rate of $16.00 per hour, with a $1.00 per hour increase after 60 days of provisional service
