Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative on our arenaflex team, you will be responsible for:

  • Establishing and maintaining customer relationships through regular follow-ups and communication
  • Conducting customer-focused, needs-based reviews to educate customers about insurance options and develop personalized solutions
  • Developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
