We work with our clients to build an online marketing strategy that includes a well-built and optimized website, social media content, and other resources for online growth.   • A full website development process that includes discovery, design, and development
  • Ongoing monthly website maintenance to improve the website on a monthly basis

Johnny Flash Productions is looking for a motivated SEO Support Specialist for our web design & digital marketing agency who is up for becoming part of the team for long term growth. The position may offer up to 20 hours per week. Candidates should be available Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Reports to: CEO You will primarily help with: - Creating AI-assisted articles based on client goals and internal direction - Proofreading and editing content for grammar, clarity, formatting, flow, and accuracy - Reviewing articles to make sure they align with brand voice, SEO goals, and client expectations - Sending completed content to clients in a polished and professional format - Supporting other content, SEO, and marketing-related projects as needed - Optimize new website builds, blog posts, landing pages, and images for keywords - Use Semrush to view recommendations and make tweaks to the site - Work with the team to set up location-based or service-based landing pages and optimize for SEO - Submit and review monthly citation-building campaigns for monthly SEO clients - Set up and optimize Google Business Profile for clients - Submit sitemap in Google Search Console, and review and fix other issues - Help project managers answer SEO related questions from clients that come through the support desk - Set up, customize, and send SEO reports Potentially growing into a larger support role within our SEO and Google Ads department over time For this role, we’re looking for someone who is highly detail-oriented, as your primary responsibility will be proofreading and refining AI-generated content. You’ll also manage multiple clients, freelance orders, and client communications. We’re seeking someone professional, efficient, responsive, and excellent at follow-up. The ideal candidate: - Is US-based - Has excellent written English and proofreading skills - OK with part-time work only - Is highly organized and dependable - Is extremely detail-oriented and catches small mistakes - Can follow processes and instructions without cutting corners - Is comfortable using AI tools to speed up content creation while still applying human judgment - Can manage deadlines and handle recurring tasks consistently - A free thinker, willing to look for answers - Confidence in strategy, execution, and details - A team player who is happy working in a small team of 20 people - Strong communication skills - Responsive: Quick with email and chat communication Preferred Qualifications - General knowledge of SEO - General knowledge of Google Ads / Google AdWords - Experience with Airtable, Process St, & Teamwork is a plus - Experience writing or editing blog content, landing pages, or marketing copy - Experience working inside agencies or with multiple clients - Familiarity with WordPress, Google Docs, spreadsheets, or project management tools Special requirements:

  • A computer that is two years old or less
  • Your own Internet connection and some kind of backup internet
