Job Summary
We're seeking experienced Claims Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team in Washington State or Oregon. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling high-volume inbound calls, capturing detailed information for newly reported claims, and providing exceptional service to policyholders, agents, and strategic accounts. Responsibilities
As a Claims Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering high-volume incoming calls and providing written communication for all lines of business
- Processing transactions for multiple lines of business, systems, and products
- Utilizing multiple computer applications to efficiently manage claims and customer information
- Actively participating in department initiatives and goals, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Meeting and exceeding customer service metrics, including call volume, quality of call, and attendance
Ideal Candidate
We're looking for experienced customer service professionals who possess the following qualities:
- 2+ years of customer call center experience working with liability or auto claims
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a metric-driven environment
- Proven track record of attendance and punctuality
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bi-lingual Spanish a plus, but not required
- Excellent written and communication skills, with a focus on customer service and empathy
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Customer service experience in a call center environment
- Data entry and computer application skills
- Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Customer-focused attitude and empathy
- Claims processing and insurance claim processing experience a plus
- Liability and auto claims experience a plus
- Experience with multiple computer applications and systems

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- Hourly rate: $20-$23 per hour
- Shift: First shift, 7 AM - 5 PM
- Work hours: Flexible schedule to meet business needs
- Education: Bachelor's degree required
