Job Summary

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing large volumes of incoming phone calls, emails, and chats with customers
• Generating sales leads and meeting personal and team sales targets
• Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships
• Providing accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools
• Meeting personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas
• Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and following up to ensure resolution
• Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
• Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Taking the extra mile to engage customers and exceed their expectations

Requirements and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
• A track record of over-achieving quota and consistently delivering outstanding results
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent
