The Role

As a Part Time Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via multiple channels, including live chat, email, phone, and video calls. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience with our product. Your role will involve:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product training and support to customers, including setup and configuration
  • Identifying and resolving complex issues, often requiring creative problem-solving skills
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve product functionality
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product features and best practices

  • Spanish speaking: You're fluent in Spanish and able to communicate effectively with our Spanish-speaking customers.
  • Tech startup experience: You've worked in a tech startup environment and have a solid understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with it.
  • Chat or phone-based customer service experience: You've worked in a customer-facing role, either in a call center or via chat, and you're comfortable with the pace and demands of this type of work.
  • Retail or restaurant experience: You've worked in a retail or restaurant environment and have a solid understanding of the challenges facing these types of businesses.
  • Work from Home: You're comfortable working from home and are able to maintain a productive and focused work environment.

Compensation and Benefits

As a Part Time Customer Care Representative, you'll receive:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $23-$25 per hour, based on experience
  • Flexible scheduling: 20-30 hours per week, with the option to work 4-6 hours per day, Monday through Friday
  • Remote work: You'll have the flexibility to work from home, with the option to work until 8 pm ET, Monday through Friday
  • Accrued PTO: You'll be eligible for accrued paid time off, which you can use to recharge and relax.
