Key Responsibilities

As a Team Leader at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Encouraging excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers, stores, and associates receive exceptional support
  • Assisting agents with technology, professional communication, and career development to enhance their skills and performance
  • Building rapport within your team and upholding service level metrics to drive results and exceed customer expectations
  • Embracing change, acting with integrity, and demonstrating a commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of our customers and associates
  • Providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to team members to help them achieve their full potential
  • Collaborating with other teams and departments to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving
  • Analyzing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and team performance

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Team Leader at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact center or customer service environment
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving results in a high-volume environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in software applications and technology platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or psychology

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
