Remote (US/Canada hours) Sprites is building AI agents for performance marketing. Companies connect their ad accounts and Sprites handles research, campaign creation, optimization, insights, SEO, and AI visibility across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, and more. We’re YC-backed (W22), early, fast-moving, and already driving measurable results for customers. We’re hiring a founding GTM associate to help us grow. This role starts with outbound because outbound is the fastest way to understand customers, sharpen messaging, and create pipeline. You’ll spend a significant amount of time doing cold outreach and cold calling at first. Over time, the role can expand into:

  • sales
  • partnerships
  • growth
  • customer success
  • operations
  • strategy
  • hiring

The ceiling is very high for the right person. That includes:

  • running outbound campaigns across email and cold calls
  • improving messaging and conversion rates
  • identifying high-intent prospects
  • qualifying and booking demos
  • refining targeting and ICPs
  • testing new acquisition channels and workflows
  • helping us scale pipeline efficiently as we grow

We already have the foundations in place: tooling, playbooks, case studies, positioning, and a clear ICP. Now we need someone hungry who can help push volume, improve execution, and grow with the company. We care much more about ambition, energy, curiosity, and communication than pedigree. You might be a fit if:

Requirements:

  • Fluent English
  • Able to work North American business hours
  • Comfortable with cold calling
  • Highly self-directed

Nice to have:

  • B2B SaaS experience
  • Apollo familiarity
  • Prior outbound experience

Comp:
