As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be helping business owners see the value of telling their story through film — and showing them how to use that content to grow their brand on a medium most of them haven't tapped into yet. - This job is 100% commission based.
- Earnings vary:
- Roughly 50% of new hires are let go within 30 days for underperformance. Those who survive tend to do very well.
- Lower performers land $5-6K/month
- Solid reps hit $10-20K, and top closers clear $20-30K+.
- Most reps only work 5-8 hours daily.
- After about a year, top reps generate $10-15K/month passively from their existing book of business.
THE ROLE AT A GLANCE
- Zero tolerance for pushy or unethical tactics — all calls are reviewed
- SMS follow-ups, daily reporting, and CRM updates per appointment
- Handle 15 scheduled 30-min Zoom consultations daily
- Present & close $10-100K TV media packages for small businesses
- Every appointment is INBOUND — prospects book directly on your calendar via application
- Punctuality and professionalism are non-negotiable
- Mandatory morning training sessions
- Fully remote — work from anywhere with a reliable setup, quality camera, and professional background
- Your camera must be ON for all sales calls
REQUIRED
- 3+ years sales experience
