Principal Agilist (SPC) - Remote Job Summary The Principal Agilist (SPC) provides enterprise-level leadership in the adoption, implementation, and continuous improvement of SAFe® and Agile frameworks across large, complex organizations. This role drives all aspects of the SAFe® transformation, serving as the primary expert and advisor to senior leadership, Agile teams, and enterprise stakeholders. The Principal Agilist leads strategic planning, coaches Agile leaders and Release Train Engineers (RTEs), and ensures alignment of Agile execution with organizational objectives. This position demands deep expertise in scaling Agile, designing Lean-Agile operating models, and guiding organizations through the cultural, structural, and process changes required to fully adopt and sustain enterprise agility. Minimum Qualifications (Required)

  • Minimum 20 years of experience developing IT solutions, with at least 10 years leading SAFe® transformations in large, complex organizations.
  • Certified SAFe® Practice Consultant (SPC) with proven experience coaching teams, leaders, and executives across the enterprise.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead all SAFe® transformation activities across OCI or similarly scaled organizational structures.
  • Superior knowledge, competency, and in-depth field experience in:
  • Enterprise Agile adoption
  • Lean-Agile leadership
  • Agile operating model development
  • Coaching Agile teams, leaders, and portfolios
  • Implementing SAFe® across diverse technical and business environments
  • Provides expert consultation in large-scale Agile implementation, including but not limited to:
  • SAFe®
  • Lean-Agile principles
  • Agile portfolio management
  • Release Train and Solution Train readiness
  • Continuous Delivery Pipeline optimization
