Job Summary
As a Part-time Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients by accurately and efficiently entering data into our internal and external systems. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all client information is up-to-date, accurate, and secure. This is a contract opportunity that can lead to a permanent position, and we offer a competitive hourly rate of $16 to $21 based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Enter client employee payroll information and personal employee information into databases in a timely and accurate manner
- Update client or company level information changes, such as delivery addresses, contact information, and State Unemployment Insurance rate changes
- Maintain accurate account information by ensuring that all data is up-to-date and secure
- Work closely with our team to resolve any data entry issues or discrepancies
- Meet productivity and quality standards, as well as adhere to company policies and procedures
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of Data Entry experience
- Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
* 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel
- Experience working in a data entry role in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with database management systems and data entry software
- Certification in Data Entry or a related field
