Responsibilities

As a Licensed Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and maintaining customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up
  • Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations
  • Maintaining a strong work ethic and demonstrating a total commitment to success each and every day
  • Collaborating with the agent team to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Staying up-to-date on product changes, licensing requirements, and technical developments to provide expert advice to clients

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Active Property and Casualty license: You must have a valid Property and Casualty license to apply for this role.
  • Life and Health license: You'll need to obtain a Life and Health license within a reasonable timeframe (typically 6-12 months).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: You'll be working with clients and colleagues on a daily basis, so strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Excellent communication skills: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and through listening.
