Job Summary:
We're seeking experienced and motivated Customer Service and Sales Representatives to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a hybrid representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers seeking auto insurance quotes, gathering customer information, and transferring them to our sales vendors for a quote. Job Responsibilities:
* Communicate with customers via inbound calls to gather information and address their needs
- Transfer customers to our sales vendors for a quote, ensuring seamless communication and a positive experience
- Be familiar with basic auto insurance points to answer customer questions accurately and address concerns
- Use rebuttals to overcome objections and concerns, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer needs
- Gather and document client information with accuracy, ensuring our vendors have the best information to provide a quote
- Answer customer questions accurately and provide solutions to their problems
- Upsell products and services as required, meeting monthly sales metrics
Job Expectations:
* Must have a high-speed internet connection and be hardwired to a router
- Ability to start immediately, with a flexible schedule to accommodate our business needs
- Provide an excellent customer experience in all interactions, upholding arenaflex's high standards
- Uphold all company policies and procedures, including attendance, punctuality, and behavior requirements
- Pass a background check as part of the hiring process
