Role Description This is a 1099 Independent Field Adjuster role specializing in property claims. The primary responsibility involves inspecting and assessing residential, commercial, and mobile home property damage to determine the scope and cost of the loss. Day-to-day tasks include investigating claims, preparing detailed reports, collaborating with insurance carriers, and ensuring accurate adjustments to claims. This is a contract-based, remote role requiring travel to various locations for on-site inspections.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Claims Handling and property claims processes
- Knowledge of Property Damage assessment and restoration methods
- Proficiency in Adjustments and damage evaluation
- Familiarity with Insurance policies and industry standards
- Experience managing Property Claims for residential, commercial, and mobile properties
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively
- Access to reliable transportation for travel to field assignments
- Proficiency with claims management software is a plus
