Position: REMOTE - Global Tech Recruiter - Full Desk REMOTE - Global Tech Recruiter - Full Desk Job Title: Global Tech Recruiter (Full Desk - Recruitment & Business Development) Location: Open to Remote Candidates that reside in NYC ,TX , Germany, and the UK candidates are welcome to apply! Compensation based on level of experience:
- $60-90k base for junior to mid-level recruiters
- $100-150k base for senior-level recruiters
- Up to 50% commission
Overview: Our client recruitment firm specializes in verticals such as healthcare, technology, engineering, and life sciences, offering both permanent and contract placements. With a global reach, the team operates across the US, UK, and Germany. Role Overview : This is a high-impact recruitment role that can focus on either 360 recruitment with a strong emphasis on business development (BD) or contract biller role with a tech focus. Qualifications:
- Full desk recruitment experience, preferably in technology or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, Netsuite, Workday, Epic).
- Experience in business development and maintaining client relationships.
- Contract billing experience within tech recruitment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
