Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the front-line hero, assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing product recommendations with a focus on delivering a friendly, empathetic, and positive experience. Your role will involve solving customer problems, managing orders, and ensuring that every interaction reflects arenaflex's dedication to quality and service.

Responsibilities

* Provide outstanding support to customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that every interaction is friendly, empathetic, and positive.

  • Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues in a timely and efficient manner, using your problem-solving skills and expertise.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and care, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Offer product recommendations based on customer needs, using your knowledge of arenaflex's products, policies, and services.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex's products, policies, and services, staying ahead of the curve in the pet care industry.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and enhance their experience with arenaflex, using your skills to build strong relationships and resolve issues.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* First Call Resolution (FCR) rate: 80% or higher

  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score: 90% or higher
  • Average Handling Time (AHT): 5 minutes or less
  • Order accuracy rate: 99% or higher

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and empathy
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
