Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing our customers with a seamless and satisfying experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Providing product information and recommendations to customers
  • Processing customer transactions and resolving payment issues
  • Collaborating with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of customer interactions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
