Job Summary

As a Customer Advocate - Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for researching and responding to written inquiries from our clients in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. You'll work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

* Research and respond to written inquiries from clients in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner

  • Utilize data entry skills to accurately and efficiently process client information
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve client issues and concerns
  • Provide clear and concise verbal and written communication to clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Adhere to arenaflex's policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data security protocols

Key Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment

  • Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
  • Data entry and/or typing experience
  • Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft suite
  • Detail-oriented

Preferred Requirements

* Bachelor's degree

  • 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
  • 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
