What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative - Luxury Retail, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to customers of an iconic global luxury retail brand. You'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers, including phone calls, emails, and chats
  • Conducting research to provide answers to customers' questions and resolve their issues
  • Making recommendations of products or services to close sales
  • Providing white glove treatment to customers, ensuring that they receive the highest level of service

What You Bring to the Role

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • An appreciation for high fashion brands and haute couture
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • At least 1 year of post-secondary education or 2 years of equivalent work experience
  • The ability to recognize and solve problems of mid-to-high level customer service issues
  • Computer experience
  • High-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
  • A USB wired headset (or a compatible headset)
  • A smartphone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.)
