Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and professional assistance to customers experiencing technical difficulties related to internet services, including troubleshooting, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring high-quality service in a 24/7 call center environment.
  • Responding to chats, support tickets, and emails efficiently, helping customers resolve connectivity and account issues.
  • Offering step-by-step troubleshooting for internet and device-related problems, utilizing various tools and resources to assist customers effectively.
  • Utilizing Fresh Desk to log and track customer interactions and manage inquiries within service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Accessing and updating customer accounts using Sonar CRM and utilizing networking tools for support.
  • Escalating unresolved technical issues to higher-level support as needed and collaborating with network operations and IT teams for complex troubleshooting.
  • Participating in quality assurance activities to improve customer service and contribute to the growth and development of our team.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) language proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languages.
  • At least 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Familiarity with internet troubleshooting, networking concepts, and ticketing systems (Fresh Desk, Sonar CRM).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and rotating schedules, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting the needs of our customers.

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual call center environment.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively in high-pressure situations.
  • Experience working with diverse customer populations, including those with varying technical skill levels and language proficiency.
