Role Summary
We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our Nuuly team as a Customer Success Associate. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers via telephone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our Customer Success Supervisor to communicate with new and potential customers, help guide them through the shopping experience, answer order questions, and support the team to grow a successful brand.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be expected to:
- Answer any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner
- Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
- Be empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business bottom line
- Collect and share feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met
- Perform a minimum of 70 interactions per shift
Expected Hours and Work Environment
The expected hours for this role are Friday-Sunday, 2pm-10pm EST. Hours are subject to change depending on the needs of the business. As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, but you'll still be expected to meet the same high standards of performance and customer service as our on-site team members.
Role Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
- Access to consistently stable internet connection
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to take on additional projects and support external team members to support business and customer needs
- On-the-spot, creative problem-solving skills that meet the needs of the customer and the business
