Job Summary

As an L2 Associate at arenaflex, you'll serve as the primary interface between our organization and our delivery partners. Your role will be to identify and troubleshoot delivery partner concerns, provide process improvement suggestions, and ensure prompt and efficient service delivery to our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Effectively communicate in a clear and professional manner at all times, both verbally and in writing

  • Provide prompt and efficient service to Amazon customers and delivery partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Manage sensitive cases by reporting up the escalation matrix, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing downtime
  • Demonstrate excellent time-management skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to maintain or exceed targeted performance metrics
  • Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning, identifying trends and suggesting process improvements to enhance our services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and drive business growth

Essential Qualifications

* Graduation in any specialization from a recognized university

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English language
  • Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers, including delivery partners and Amazon customers
  • Good comprehension skills, with the ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
  • Ability to concentrate and follow customers' issues without distraction to resolution
  • Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Internet Explorer
  • Excellent typing skills, with the ability to navigate websites and email applications proficiently

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in customer service, delivery, or logistics

  • Familiarity with Amazon's delivery partner network and processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and suggest process improvements
  • Experience working in a remote environment, with a strong focus on self-motivation and productivity
  • Certification in customer service, delivery, or logistics
