Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and professional assistance to customers experiencing technical difficulties related to internet services, including troubleshooting, account management, and connectivity issues.
  • Responding to chats, support tickets, and emails efficiently, helping customers resolve connectivity and account issues in a timely manner.
  • Offering step-by-step troubleshooting for internet and device-related problems, ensuring customers have the necessary information to resolve their issues.
  • Utilizing Fresh Desk to log and track customer interactions, manage inquiries within service level agreements (SLAs), and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Accessing and updating customer accounts using Sonar CRM and leveraging networking tools for support, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Escalating unresolved technical issues to higher-level support as needed and collaborating with network operations and IT teams for complex troubleshooting.
  • Participating in quality assurance activities to improve customer service, ensuring that arenaflex's high standards are met.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Familiarity with internet troubleshooting, networking concepts, and ticketing systems (Fresh Desk, Sonar CRM).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and rotating schedules, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.

Nice-to-Haves

While not essential, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and helpdesk software.
  • Knowledge of internet protocols, network architecture, and device configurations.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based services and software as a service (SaaS) applications.
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP).
