Content Moderator (Short-term, Independent Contract)

Job Summary We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Content Moderator to join our team on a short-term, independent contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, monitoring, and ensuring the integrity of online content in alignment with company policies and community guidelines. Key Responsibilities

• * Collaborate with the content and compliance teams to improve moderation processes and strategies.
• * Provide detailed feedback and insights regarding trends in flagged content, helping to improve content policies.
• * Maintain confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive or personal information.
• * Ensure that moderation actions are completed in a timely manner to meet performance targets and service level agreements.
