Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving discrepancies and errors in our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records. This will involve working with shared mailboxes and work queues, resolving problems from various regions within the company, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve green resolutions. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and excellent communication skills will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our eligibility records.
Key Responsibilities
* Resolve discrepancies and errors in our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records
- Work with shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve problems from various regions within the company
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve green resolutions
- Analyze and resolve errors from multiple reports
- Reconcile eligibility among systems
- Monitor and track records to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our drugstore adjudication system and eligibility records
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry and analysis
- Healthcare industry experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)
- Excellent verbal, trouble-shooting, and written communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
