Responsibilities

As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and Moderating User-Generated Content: You'll be responsible for monitoring chat conversations and content in real-time, ensuring that it complies with our community guidelines and standards.
• Enforcing Community Guidelines and Standards: You'll take appropriate actions on reported content, providing timely and constructive feedback to users when necessary.
• Categorizing and Tagging User Interactions: You'll accurately categorize and tag user interactions for data analysis, helping us to better understand our community and improve our moderation policies.
• Collaborating with the Moderation Team: You'll work closely with our moderation team to improve and update guidelines as needed, ensuring that our community remains safe and enjoyable for all users.

Requirements
