Role Highlights
* Get paid $18.50 per hour¹
- Earn a $310 Certification bonus for participating in our TurboTax Product Expert certification program
- Enjoy a $5.00 per hour Turbo Bonus Boost from April 9th through 15th with unlimited hours available (must work a minimum of 8 hours each day on April 13th, 14th, and 15th to qualify)²
- Work from home and set your own flexible schedule between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST Monday to Sunday
- Fast 20-hour Certification program
- No tax experience required
About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in helping our customers navigate our tax return software and products. You will be responsible for answering customer questions, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer experiences. Our customers rely on us for guidance and support, and we're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer customer questions and resolve issues related to TurboTax products and tax return software
- Provide clear and empathetic solutions to customer inquiries
- Build strong relationships with customers and drive innovation in customer service
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to provide exceptional customer experiences
- Participate in our TurboTax Product Expert certification program to enhance your knowledge and skills
Essential Qualifications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and empathize with customer needs
- Enthusiasm for learning and growing with arenaflex
- Proficiency in using technology, including computers, software, and communication tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Knowledge of tax return software and products (although not required, it's a plus!)
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Certification in customer service or a related field
