What you'll be doing:

As a Customer Relations Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming inquiries from international investors via phone, WhatsApp, and email
  • Managing client relationships through regular Zoom calls and CRM data entry
  • Understanding client needs and providing tailored support to meet their investment goals
  • Organizing and conducting Zoom calls to discuss investment opportunities and provide market insights
  • Entering and managing client data in our CRM system to ensure seamless communication and support

Who we're looking for:

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Relations Specialist who possesses:

  • Native English language proficiency or C1 level certification
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial or real estate industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues
  • In-depth knowledge of investment instruments and terminology to provide expert support
  • Experience working with CRM systems to manage client data and communication
  • The ability to quickly adapt to new processes and technologies, with a fast-learning mindset
