Your Voice is Our Voice

As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - Bank Voice, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their accounts, transactions, and other banking-related queries. Your ability to listen, empathize, and resolve issues efficiently will make all the difference in building trust and loyalty with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - Bank Voice, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex products, services, and policies
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of call center experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • At least 1 year of Financial Services experience or Banking experience
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services

Schedule

As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - Bank Voice, you'll work a flexible schedule that includes:

  • Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. EST
  • Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. EST (Limited Availability)
  • Schedules are adjusted per time zone

Compensation

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package that includes:

Work from Home Location Requirements
