Our Consumer Engagement Preventive Care program is designed to promote healthy habits and early detection of diseases, and we're seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with an average of 50-80 inbound and outbound callers per day, including members and physician's offices, to inform them of their eligible cancer screenings and wellness visits.
  • Building rapport with members, providing a full concierge service that includes assistance with selecting the proper treatment locations, and answering follow-up questions to determine their best options.
  • Utilizing the script pathway to educate members on facilities, screening options, and alternative treatments.
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics related to scheduling appointments and appointment confirmations.
  • Consistently multitasking and conducting research on each case, toggling through various applications on multiple screens.
  • Demonstrating empathy and understanding when dealing with sensitive content, ensuring a positive experience for our members.

Key Performance Indicators

* Average handling time (AHT)

  • First call resolution (FCR)
  • Customer satisfaction (CSAT)
  • Scheduling appointments and appointment confirmations
  • Multitasking and research skills

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., communications, business, health sciences)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field

  • Familiarity with automated dialers and manual outbound calls
  • Strong research and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
