Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional support experiences to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with inbound technical support calls related to electronics
  • Handling inbound and outbound service calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Accurately documenting and updating customer information through data entry
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely resolutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Following up with customers to provide updates on their issues and concerns

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a technical support environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Proficiency in data entry and computer software applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of electronics or technical support principles
  • Certification in customer service or technical support, such as CCNA or CompTIA A+
