Job Summary

As a Work at Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to clients across various industries. You'll interact with customers primarily through inbound phone calls, chat, and email, helping them with their queries and concerns. We offer flexible work schedule options to accommodate your lifestyle. While the majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime, you'll have the opportunity to create a schedule that works best for you. Earnings & Revenue

As an independent contractor, your earnings will vary based on the client you're working with, with competitive rates typically ranging from $14 to $20 per hour. Your pay will be determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, and you'll have opportunities to earn additional incentives based on client and performance metrics.

Technology & Equipment Requirements

To ensure seamless communication and connectivity, you'll need to meet the following technology and equipment requirements:

  • Quiet and secure work environment: You'll need a dedicated workspace with minimal distractions and interruptions.
  • Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM: You'll need a reliable computer with sufficient RAM to handle multiple applications and software.
  • Wired USB headset with microphone: You'll need a high-quality headset for clear communication with customers.
  • High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed: You'll need a stable internet connection to ensure seamless connectivity.
  • Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11: You'll need to use a Windows operating system, with some clients accepting AppleOS.
  • Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed: You'll need to ensure your computer is protected from malware and viruses.
  • Smart phone, Android tablet, or iPad: You'll need a smartphone or tablet for program work, along with an authentication app.

Work Environment Requirements

To maintain a productive and efficient work environment, you'll need to:

  • Create a quiet, uninterrupted space: You'll need a dedicated workspace with minimal distractions and interruptions.
  • Organize your desk area: You'll need to maintain a tidy and organized workspace to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Contractual Relationship

The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
