About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at arenaflex. As a CSM, you'll be the face of arenaflex for our most strategic accounts, responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding, delivering exceptional customer experience, and acting as a trusted advisor to executives and key stakeholders. Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead Enterprise Customers Onboarding: Ensure a smooth setup, training, and timely security reviews with IT teams to get our customers up and running quickly.
  • Drive Engagement and Adoption: Identify and mitigate risks, build advocacy, and ensure long-term success for our enterprise customers.
  • Own All Customer Interactions: Troubleshoot issues, resolve inquiries quickly, and maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Develop Scalable Support Resources: Create guides, FAQs, and video tutorials to reduce friction and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Extract Actionable Insights: Analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and drive business growth.
  • Deliver Enterprise Reporting: Provide monthly performance insights and lead data-driven QBRs to ensure our customers are maximizing their ROI.
  • Manage Renewals: Ensure enterprise accounts are optimized for growth and retention, and that our customers are getting the most out of our platform.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ Years in Customer Success or Account Management: Experience in B2B SaaS for enterprise healthcare is a plus.
  • Track Record of Success: A proven track record of leading onboarding, driving adoption, and ensuring growth and retention.
  • Confident Communication: The ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and enterprise stakeholders.
  • Technical Expertise: Quick to learn complex software and provide expert guidance to customers.
  • Experience Managing Renewals: Proven ability to drive account expansion and ensure long-term success.
  • Proactive and Accountable: Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
