Payroll Supervisor/Manager/Director

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage full-cycle payroll for both salaried and hourly employees.
• Oversee multi-state payroll processing and compliance.
• Prepare and file 941s and support payroll tax reporting requirements.
• Handle payroll-related taxes, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Set up and maintain payroll vendors and support relationships with third-party providers.
• Administer and report fringe benefits accurately.
• Ensure payroll is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and support internal teams as needed.

What We’re Looking For
