Position: Accountants and Auditors Type: Contract Compensation: $40 - $95/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week Role Responsibilities

Examine, analyze, and interpret accounting records to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Prepare, audit, and evaluate financial statements, offering critical insights for ongoing improvements.
Advise on and install systems for recording costs, financial, and budgetary data to support organizational transparency.
Provide guidance on complex taxation issues, leveraging in-depth knowledge of tax codes and compliance standards.
Review and improve current accounting procedures and documentation for enhanced accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with the customer's team through clear, professional written and verbal communication to solve intricate financial challenges.

Requirements:

Have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Possess a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional certification.
Have a deep understanding of Economics and Accounting principles, Taxation, and Law and Government regulations.
Have extensive experience in preparing, analyzing, and auditing financial statements.
Demonstrate proven expertise in establishing or improving cost recording and budgetary systems.
