Experienced Remote Data Entry Associate – Healthcare Claims Processing

Compensation and Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $15.00, with the potential to earn up to $18.00 after two months. Schedule and Shifts

We're looking for individuals who can commit to working a regular schedule from Wednesday to Sunday. Three shifts are available, and you'll have the opportunity to discuss your preferred shift during the interview process. Please note that overtime may be required.

• First shift: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm CST
• Mid shift: 11:00 am – 7:00 pm CST
• Second shift: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm CST

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Associate, you'll be responsible for processing incoming healthcare claim forms sent by our client. Your tasks will include:

• Capturing and validating complex data
• Classifying images and documents
• Pre-adjudicating documents and correcting data as required
• Verifying data from automated data extraction tools
• Completing assignments using multiple source documents to verify data or use additional information to do the work
• Working within established procedures and practices
• Working under close supervision

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• Typing Speed and Accuracy: You must be able to type at least 40+ WPM with a high level of accuracy. 10-key proficiency is also required.
• Computer Skills: You should be proficient in computers, including MS Office and internet research.
• Pressure and Deadlines: You must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines while performing functions with a high accuracy rate.
• Internet Speed: You must pass an internet speed test with a download speed of at least 25 Mbps, an upload speed of minimum 5 Mbps, and a ping of 175 ms or less. Your connection must be via an Ethernet cable to a router, and Wi-Fi is not acceptable.
• Medical Claims Form Processing: Basic knowledge of medical claims form processing is preferred.
• Age and Education: You must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Work Eligibility: You must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Background Checks: You must be able to clear any necessary criminal background checks and/or drug screenings.
