Customer Service Job Duties and Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer care and focus, with the ability to assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
- Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems with professionalism and poise
- Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure seamless support
- Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
- Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes with precision and accuracy
- Upselling opportunities as needed to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
- Basic computer skills and experience, with the ability to navigate our systems and tools with ease
- The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- The ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns with empathy and professionalism
- A customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions
