Responsibilities
As an Online Data Entry and Customer Service Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the success of our customer service and data collection initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Participating in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews on various topics, including child-related issues, cell phones, entertainment, food, sports, electronics, pets, and automobiles
- Completing written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys, to provide valuable insights and feedback
- Using products and services provided, and being prepared to discuss them prior to meeting dates
- Demonstrating a strong ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- Working independently, with minimal supervision, to complete tasks and meet deadlines
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with arenaflex and its partners
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
- Access to a reliable internet connection
- The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
