Technical Support Advisor (English - speaking) - Remote - Night Shift - palma de mallorca

• Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot software, cloud, and connectivity-related issues.
• Investigate and resolve technical incidents in a timely manner.
• Escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Ensure excellent customer experience through clear communication and empathy.
• Accurately document all interactions and solutions provided.

What We’re Looking For

• Advanced English level (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support.
• Interest or experience in IT environments and cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of tools/products such as Office 365, Outlook, Sharepoint, Onedrive, is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Monday to Friday schedule — Night Shift (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
• Salary: 23.598,82€ + home allowance
