Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Workflow Systems Analyst for arenaflex

As a Workflow Systems Analyst, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of arenaflex's operating systems, working closely with cross-disciplinary teams to develop groundbreaking technologies like iOS, macOS, watchOS, and tvOS. We're seeking a talented Workflow Systems Analyst to join our team, bringing expertise in data analysis, workflow tooling, and collaboration. As a key member of our team, you'll help us deliver high-quality software experiences through green workflow, data-driven insights, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and expand critical workflow tooling at scale, empowering teams to deliver exceptional software experiences
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to provide education and support for workflow initiatives
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights, informing key decisions and driving business outcomes
- Design and implement dashboards to visualize key metrics and drive progress towards goals
- Characterize the current state of workflows, profiling complex systems and identifying areas for improvement
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations, driving business wins and growth
Essential Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst
- Strong understanding of analytics, including visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive)
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced Tableau developer skills
- Proficiency in SQL, including aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation
Preferred Skills:
* Familiarity with software development analytics, including CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software transport
- Experience in software development, including data pipeline construction, merging, and code transport
- Product ownership skills, with a focus on driving key outcomes and generating concrete results through analytics
- Project management experience, with a focus on planning and executing efforts across cross-functional teams
Education & Experience:
* B.S. in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
- Additional requirements may include relevant certifications or training in data analysis, software development, or related fields
