Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Customer Care team in a remote work-from-home capacity. As a Customer Care Representative, you will handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, assisting customers with booking tickets, modifying reservations, and answering queries. You will also provide support for customer complaints and find resolutions to issues in a timely manner. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $40,000 – $50,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
