Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Utilizing technical knowledge of live chat platforms to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Using problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and escalating when necessary
  • Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets and quality standards
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, providing timely and professional support

  • Resolve customer issues and concerns, utilizing technical knowledge of live chat platforms
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, using problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues

Qualifications
