Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our High-Level Investigation and Content team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us drive business decisions and improve our content portfolio. You will be responsible for applying advanced data analysis techniques to large-scale, high-dimensional data to identify trends and patterns that inform our content strategy. Key Responsibilities

* Apply advanced data analysis techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to identify trends and patterns that inform our content strategy.

• Analyze customer behavior (e.g., viewing habits, engagement patterns) to identify untapped customer needs and undiscovered content opportunities.
• Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform procurement decisions.
• Streamline our content launch and episode release process to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention.
• Develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance and inform strategic decisions.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis support to stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
• Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data storytelling.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on statistical analysis and data visualization.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and Python programming languages.
• Experience with machine learning methods, including decision trees, regression, clustering, and more.
• Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity to solve complex problems.
• Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience with big data technologies, including Hadoop and Spark.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS and Google Cloud.
• Passion for media and entertainment.
