Job Summary

As a Product Manager on our CS Innovation team, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of new features and enhancements to our contact center platform. This is a senior role that requires a high degree of autonomy and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and data science. You'll work closely with our external partners and vendors to ensure that our platform is always delivering the best possible experience for our customers and support specialists.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with arenaflex's overall business strategy and customer needs

  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and data science teams to identify and prioritize new features and enhancements
  • Work closely with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless integration and delivery of new features
  • Develop and maintain product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories to guide development efforts
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform product decisions and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Communicate product plans and progress to stakeholders, including executive leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with other product managers to ensure alignment and consistency across arenaflex's product portfolio

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on customer-facing products or services

  • Proven track record of delivering successful products that have improved customer satisfaction and experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform product decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Experience working with cloud-based contact center platforms, including CCaaS, CPaaS, and UCaaS
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g. Jira, Git)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a global organization with a diverse customer base

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer data platforms
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
  • Certification in product management or a related field (e.g. Certified Product Manager, Agile Certified Practitioner)
  • Fluency in multiple languages, with a focus on languages spoken in regions where arenaflex operates
