Regional Real Estate Sales Manager

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Job description: Realty ONE Group Ultimate is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to help lead and grow our expanding brokerage throughout Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio. This leadership role is ideal for a motivated real estate professional who is passionate about coaching agents, driving production, building culture, and helping expand a fast-growing brokerage brand. The Sales Manager will play a key role in agent development, recruiting, retention, training, and overall office growth. Responsibilities

  • Assist agents with sales production, accountability, and goal setting
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance support
  • Conduct agent training sessions and educational workshops
  • Support onboarding and retention initiatives for new agents
  • Assist with recruiting efforts and market expansion opportunities
  • Help maintain a positive, energetic, and collaborative office culture
  • Track agent performance metrics and production goals
  • Be available to assist agents with questions, contracts, negotiations, and day-to-day support
  • Work alongside ownership to help grow the brokerage footprint and agent count
  • Travel is required to multiple office locations to assist agents in person as needed.
  • In person position, not intended for remote working situations.

Qualifications

  • Active Pennsylvania Real Estate License or Associate Broker License required
  • Minimum of 5 years of real estate experience required
  • Driver's License and dependable transportation
  • Previous management or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and team-oriented personality
  • Proven ability to coach and motivate agents
  • Strong knowledge of contracts, negotiations, and real estate operations
  • Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and training platforms
  • Ability to lead by example with professionalism and integrity
