Metrc Cannabis Compliance & Inventory Coordinator

Job Summary Cannabis Compliance & Inventory Coordinator McHenry, IL | Future of the Leaf Infusers, LLC Future of the Leaf Infusers is a licensed Illinois cannabis manufacturing company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance & Inventory Coordinator to support day-to-day inventory, compliance, invoicing, and operational administration. This position requires high attention to detail and comfort working with compliance systems, inventory tracking, and operational reporting. This role works closely with the Director of Operations and leadership team to help maintain inventory accuracy, METRC compliance, invoicing records, and financial tracking.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage METRC manifests and transfers
• Run and reconcile METRC inventory reports
• Monitor inventory accuracy and package tracking
• Manage inventory spreadsheets and internal tracking systems
• Create and track invoices in Xero
• Track incoming deposits and apply payments to the correct invoices
• Maintain organized compliance and operational records
• Assist with administrative operational support as needed
• Communicate with dispensaries, vendors, and transporters regarding invoices, manifests, and inventory matters

Qualifications

• Cannabis industry experience strongly preferred
• METRC experience preferred
• Experience with Xero, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software
• Strong spreadsheet and organizational skills
• Extremely detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple systems and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong communication and follow-through skills

Compensation

Competitive compensation based on experience. Contract | Off-site | McHenry, Illinois Pay: $26.04 - $31.36 per hour Benefits:
