Job Description:

Analyze, design, develop, test, document, implement, and support assigned applications and solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into functional system solutions
Support and optimize workflows to improve operational efficiency and user experience
Partner with Service Desk teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner
Participate in project implementation activities, including analysis, testing, documentation, and go-live support
Maintain and enhance system configurations, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and best practices
Provide end-user education, training, and ongoing support
Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions for recurring issues
Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to support system enhancements and integrations
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data integrity, and security standards

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as an Application/System Analyst in a healthcare environment
Epic Prelude and RTE Certification
Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, systems, and operations
Proven experience supporting medium to high-complexity applications
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Experience with system implementation, testing (unit, integrated, UAT), and support
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
