Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote inbound call center team. As a key member of our team, you'll provide exceptional service assistance to the commercial trucking industry, helping truckers who need roadside assistance. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your specific duties will include:
- Supporting intake and dispatch emergency road service calls to truck drivers who call in
- Handling escalated issues from the tire service centers
- Answering calls from customers who have broken down and working to locate a service provider in the area
- Inputting relevant call information into our PC system
- Processing new sales orders or upgrading panel types
- Transferring calls to other departments or call centers if customers require
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
- Ability to move fast, fix problems, and be nice
- Work from home experience preferred
- History of great attendance
- Must be highly organized and able to follow-through
- PC familiarity and proficient typing skills
- Ability to navigate through several web applications simultaneously
- Strong technical skills
- Must be articulate and professional
- Successfully pass a criminal background, drug screen, and employment verification
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and other web applications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
