Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote inbound call center team. As a key member of our team, you'll provide exceptional service assistance to the commercial trucking industry, helping truckers who need roadside assistance. If you're a problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your specific duties will include:

  • Supporting intake and dispatch emergency road service calls to truck drivers who call in
  • Handling escalated issues from the tire service centers
  • Answering calls from customers who have broken down and working to locate a service provider in the area
  • Inputting relevant call information into our PC system
  • Processing new sales orders or upgrading panel types
  • Transferring calls to other departments or call centers if customers require

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
  • Ability to move fast, fix problems, and be nice
  • Work from home experience preferred
  • History of great attendance
  • Must be highly organized and able to follow-through
  • PC familiarity and proficient typing skills
  • Ability to navigate through several web applications simultaneously
  • Strong technical skills
  • Must be articulate and professional
  • Successfully pass a criminal background, drug screen, and employment verification

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other web applications
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Experience with sales or upselling
