What You'll Do in This Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Interacting with customers via inbound calls, emails, and chats to resolve their queries and concerns
- Achieving specific support and resolution on every call, using script and/or probing techniques to determine customer needs
- Maintaining broad knowledge of client products and services to provide accurate and helpful advice
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Your Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma and/or GED
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (or required)
- Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills
- The ability to work rotational shifts as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
