As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with clients and customers via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. What You'll Do in This Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Interacting with customers via inbound calls, emails, and chats to resolve their queries and concerns
  • Achieving specific support and resolution on every call, using script and/or probing techniques to determine customer needs
  • Maintaining broad knowledge of client products and services to provide accurate and helpful advice
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma and/or GED
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (or required)
  • Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills
  • The ability to work rotational shifts as needed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
