The Role of a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to our customers. Your primary goal will be to understand the unique needs of each customer and provide personalized solutions that exceed their expectations. You'll work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless transactions, upsell new products and services, and provide timely and accurate information to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist customers in person, via phone, or through digital channels to determine their unique needs and present appropriate products and services that increase customer satisfaction

  • Ensure sales transactions are completed accurately, timely, and catered to the customer's unique specifications and desires
  • Inform customers of pricing options, sales promotions, anticipated delays, installation dates, or any additional information they may need
  • Upsell new products or services when needed to benefit the customer's needs
  • Attend training meetings and virtual conference calls to stay up-to-date on our client's sales, promotions, or updates to product lines
  • Approach each customer with empathy, professionalism, and courtesy, and communicate solutions in a clear and concise manner
  • Assist fellow customer service and sales team members in exceeding customer acquisition and sales targets

Basic Qualifications:

* 0-3 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative and/or Sales Associate

  • High school diploma or comparable certification
  • Willingness to learn new skills
  • Reliable transportation
